Day 01: Arrive Addis, city tour, o/n Hotel of your choice
Day 02: Drive through the Ethiopian mid-rift system, stopping at Lakes Koka, Cheleleka and Zway such as Crowned and common cranes, Fish Eagle, Jacanas, etc. o/n Langano
Day 03: Drive to Abiata-Shalla National park, enjoy the breeding and feeding grounds of Flamingos, Pelicans, cormorants, storks and other aquatic birds, o/n Awassa Pina Hotel
Day 04: Early Morning bird watching along the shores of L. Awassa, Saddle billed storks, Malachite and Giant King fishers, etc and then drive back to Wondo Genet, where you will be able to Spot the Black Beaded Forest Oriole, the White Chicked Turacco and Senegal coucal, O/N Wabe Shebelle Hotel
Day 05: Drive to Bale Mountain National park, stopping around Dinsho to see the endemic Wattled Ibis, Rougets Rail, etc o/n Goba Wabe Shebelle Hotel
Day 06: Drive to Sannate, on the highest all weather road, on the pristine alpine lakes, to see the endemic Blue winged Goose and Black Headed Siskin and further in the Harena forest the Black Beaded Oriole and the White Chicked Turacco, o/n Wabe Shebelle Hotel
Day 07: Drive to Awash National Park, to see some birds of prays and others including the Tawny and Battler, the Abyssinian and Lilac breasted Roller, etc. o/n Adama Makonnen
Day 08: Drive back to Addis, en route stopping around Debre Zeit; Hora and Babugaya Hotels, evening out, departure
